Spa Policy

 


Reservations and Arrival Time

  • Making reservations before coming to the spa is strongly encouraged. All spa reservations must be held with a credit card.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatments. In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, please be advised that your treatment will end on time so that the following guest is not delayed.

 
Cancellation

  • We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule notice on all individual spa services. Without sufficient notice will be charged 50%. We appreciate your understanding in that our spa professionals must be compensated for their time.

 

Gratuity and Service Charge

  • In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are customary. They may be given at your discretion at about 15%-20% of the original treatment price. Additional gratuity is left at your discretion. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience.

 
Product Return

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. All items must be returned in original packaging. All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase.
